If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed cleaning.
We will offer either a free re-clean, partial refund, or credit toward a future service, depending on the situation and the extent of the issue.
If our team is unable to access the property due to incorrect instructions, locked doors, or no one being available (if necessary), the appointment will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
We recommend ensuring that access arrangements are confirmed prior to the appointment.
Clients on a recurring service plan must provide at least 3 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. Failing to do so may result in a partial or no refund for the missed session.
Payments made for deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, or special add-on services are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Please confirm the service scope clearly at the time of booking.
